The sparkling wine par excellence.
The variety that best exalts the typical characteristics of the Prosecco, the most well known world-wide. Foss Marai proposes a extraordinary EXTRA-DRY, where tradition and technology are blended together to obtain a unique product. Foss Marai EXTRA-DRY is presented with a variety of aromas, with a distinctive harmonious mingle of acacia and apple.
The taste continues with a sensation of bitter fruit, where the acidity and residual sugar are spendidly harmonised, leaving a velvety sensation to the palate, stimulated by the co2 (bubbleness), never too pungente, but stimulating to the right point.
An excellent wine for the entire meal, superb with delicate white meat and fish dishes. A companion for any moment of the day, rather alone or with friends to simply enjoy moments of relaxation to its full.
