This Roös is the result of Foss Marai's constant desire to produce elegant and unique wines, with strong personalities yet are easy to drink. Having a strong attachment to our lands and the ability to re-discover rare almost forgotten grapes, allowed us to plan a seed that then blossomed into a great Roös. This sparkling rosé is lively yet warm at the same time.

The Foss Marai Roös has a rosée color reminding one of rose petals with ruby pomegranate reflections.
its bouquet is lively and complex, full of berries with a predominance of blueberries and Cornelian cherries.
In the mouth it is round and warm at first then it becomes fragrant and refreshing. It is fantastic as an appetizer alone, it is excellent with entrees, fish, and cheese, even the strongest ones.
